Top Hops and Chops VC is from Los Angeles?

Well, we’ve successfully Hopped and Chopped for five weeks (#6 is tonight!), and all in all, it’s been fantastic — we’ve averaged 30-40 folks, and the conversation’s been fun and relaxed. Seems like we’ve hit on a good thing.

With 5 weeks under our belt, we thought we’d give some summary stats:

#1 VC attendee? Palamor Ventures Associate Adam Gottesfeld. Runner Up? Randall Lucas of Voyager Capital (here in Seattle). Really, a Los Angeles VC is top attendee?!? Let’s go, Madrona — we know you can pick it up!

#1 Legal attendee? No surprise here… startup attorney extraordinaire Chris Hurley of Beacon Law Advisors has been our top tab-picker-uppper — thanks, Chris!

#1 Banker? Have to give the nod to Silicon Valley Bank — of course, if Minh keeps pimping his services so relentlessly, we may need to assess them a penalty pitcher :-)

#1 Mobile Social App? Definitely Whrrl — fire it up on your iPod!

#1 PBR pitcher buyer? Has to be Foundry Interactive… gotta love ‘em!
